1. Errors during Installation.

• Make sure that the Regional Settings (under control panel) are set to US English.
• Make sure the Date settings (under control panel) are set to the short date format (mm/dd/yyyy).
• Make sure that no other programs, including anti-virus, are running during installation.

2. Error Code states: Cannot communicate with machnm1.exe or machnm1.exe missing

This is a problem with Microsoft. Please visit http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324767 to resolve the problem with Microsoft, and then install the CD.

3. Errors loading Program.

Errors are typically caused by a glitch during installation. Make sure that no other programs are running, then completely uninstall and reinstall the program.

4. Unlock Code won't work.

• Make sure the computer number is the same number used to receive the unlock code.
• Make sure the correct product that you purchased is selected on the product order page.
• Make sure only 1 product is selected on the product order page.
• Check the unlock code to make sure that all characters were entered correctly.

• What happens when the problem occurs.
• Version of Windows being used.
