Exam Master’s newly released secure lockdown browser, Exam Guardian™, is designed to offer robust security for high stakes exams and assessments. Designed for Windows-based computers and browsers, Exam Guardian installs easily and takes complete control of the testing environment. This secure browser is an important tool for ensuring the integrity of online-based examinations.

Exam Guardian, our secure lockdown browser, features the following:

• Installation is straightforward and is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
• Blocks keyboard short-cuts, key combinations, and other keyboard-based navigation.
• Blocks ability to use instant messenger clients and other peer to peer communications.
• Prevents examinees from using virtual machine technology to bypass security controls.
• Website access is limited to Exam Master domains. Examinees cannot browse to other websites from within Exam Guardian.
• Upon exiting Exam Guardian, the examinee regains complete access to their computer as normal.
• Designed for single monitor per student usage in a classroom or testing setting
