Installation of the program is easy and hassle free. All of the navigation is clean and easy to figure out .. with or without any help or instructions (a relief to surgeons). The best things about this software are the huge number of questions and the ability to study them in any sequence.  I found that the questions were stimulating and fairly representative of what I experienced on the boards...In fact, the Exam Master CD questions seemed a bit tougher than my board questions. This is a good thing. It means that if you can do Exam Master, you can do the boards.
